Easter Kincaple is an elegant historical country home with period features nestled in its own 750 acres and is located less than 2 miles from the centre of St Andrews. We offer our guests privacy, comfort and use of their own public reception rooms along with luxury ensuite bedrooms which come with every imaginable and required amenity. The property borders with St Andrews town, the sea-wall, golf courses and neighbouring villages. The views are breath taking across the water, fields of seasonal crops and of course the all familiar, distinctive skyline of St Andrews is part of that view. For golf lovers 'The Swilken Burn' runs through the farm land and can be enjoyed and admired during your visit.
Our guests' first class experience of Easter Kincaple, the town itself and the local area and community is paramount. We take reservations for the following: accommodation which includes breakfast (breakfast would be served at your own table rather than sharing with other residents or if preferred, within the privacy of your own bedroom), a simple optional evening meal, private lunches and/or dinners, afternoon teas, confidential business meetings, golf, shooting, shopping trips, our farm tour, local tours, special events and weddings. We can also reserve relaxation treatments and time for you to enjoy our private indoor swimming pool. Flights or any other form of transport can be met and your car hire can be arranged by us from the comfort of Easter Kincaple. Any recommendations and advice for your break or business trip will be offered and indeed tailored to suit your needs. On arrival, guests will be offered tea and coffee or indeed something refreshing and appropriate for the time of day.

Luxury ensuite bedrooms with high quality posturpedic and memory foam king and single mattresses and beds, 400 thread count cotton bed linen with feather duvets (optional silk pillows and duvets for guests with allergies), luxury robes, slippers and toiletries. Refreshments tray with tea and coffee facilities along with fresh Easter Kincaple spring water and milk. Comfortable seating, hair dryers, hair straighteners, TV with DVD player, digital roberts alarm clock radios with CD player and ipod docking station. Our spacious ensuite bathrooms have large rose head drenching showers over original antique cast baths. Original cast radiators, full size heated towel rails, electrical shaver point and appropriately lit mirrors. These are all standard features in our bathrooms.
Our ground floor ensuite bedroom is designed to suit all of our guest’s needs but in particular those who have limited mobility or for wheel chair users. The bathroom is an appropriately furnished and equipped wet room. There are no stairs on the ground floor and the garden has appropriate gradients to enable enjoyment outdoors as well.
Golf and other secure equipment storage areas along with drying facilities for wet clothing and footwear is available.
Luxury Scottish gifts along with Easter Kincaple honey and greeting cards are available to purchase in the main entrance hall.
Full Scottish hot and cold breakfasts served with home grown and locally sourced produce. An optional informal evening meal including wine is available with advance notice or a more formal dinner or lunch party can be arranged.
For those special occasions, champagne, wine, chocolates, flowers or a gift of your choice can be selected, arranged and put in place with a note prior to arrival.
