Please note that some of our rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests and are available for single, double, twin or triple occupany.  Room 6 is located on the ground floor and offers disabled facilities.  Prices are quoted per person per night.

Standard Season (October - March)

Room 4 : £ 120 per room per night (£90 single occupancy)

Room 5: £120 per room per night (£90 single occupancy)
Room 6: £110 per room per night (£80 single occupancy)

Peak Season (April - September)

Rooms 4: £150 per room per night (£110 single occupancy)

Room 5: £140 per room per night (£100 single occunpancy)
Room 6: £130 per room per night (£90 single occupancy)

Please be advised that our prices are subject to change and revised rates are applied for major tournaments and events held in St Andrews.

Terms and Conditions

Reservations

To place a reservation with us, you will be asked for valid credit card details.  A deposit will be charged to your card for 50% of the balance due of your entire stay. 

Cancellations

If we are notified of a cancellation more than 14 days before your visit and, your deposit will be refunded. 

If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before your visit, your deposit will be non refundable. 

If cancellations occur and we can replace your reservation/cancellation with another booking we will of course be happy to refund your deposit and would contact you and notify you as such.

It is advisable to have the correct holiday/travel insurance policy and check that it covers unforeseen situations and that it applies to general terms and conditions when travelling and making reservations. 

Policies

Arrivals and Departures

On the day of arrival, you will have access to your room at 3pm.  There will be exceptions to this which can be discussed prior to your visit. For example, perhaps you arrive in the morning for a conference or on an early flight.  We will be delighted to welcome you, securely store your luggage and allow you to use our public rooms and general facilities including our indoor pool and shower areas until such times as your room is ready.
 

On the day of departure, your rooms must be vacated by 10.30am.

Non Smoking

Easter Kincaple follows the non-smoking law which prohibits smoking in public places therefore smoking is not permitted
